    Instructions for use:
    Screen washing:Clean the screen thoroughly before applying photosensitive adhesive. Dip the screen into cleaning solution AR105-6 for 10 minutes, and then wash with water. Dry the screen in oven at low temperature and keep away from dirty things. (Wear protective articles during washing to protect against caustic cleaning solution.)

     

    Adhesive preparation:Prepare adhesive in a room with yellow flood light, but not in a place without light shade. Take 1 kg of photosensitive adhesive and 40 to 50 ml of photosensitive agent AR 105-3 or AR 105-3B for cylinder screen; mix round by stirring in clockwise direction. There are air bubbles after mixing, which will disappear when putting in cool darkroom for 1 to 2 hours. Keep prepared adhesive in thermostat container at 5 to 15℃(Cover the container to avoid skinning over the surface. )

    Adhesive applying:Put 300 gram of photosensitive adhesive into applying sleeve; lay adhesive on screen surface from top to bottom at uniform speed of about 10 to 12 cm/min. Keep screen in thermostat oven for 40 to 50minutes for drying, at temperature of 35 to 40℃and relative humidity of 60%. The oven should be equipped with circulating fan with temperature difference less than 2℃.

    Exposure:Fix screen with photosensitive coating on the sensitization machine; keep manuscript film close to the round coating surface tightly. Expose the screen on sensitization machine of reciprocating or shielding type. Time of exposure must be adjusted by tests. Recommended time of exposure: 5 to 8 times for reciprocating type, 1 to 3 minutes for shielding type.

     

    Developing:Develop pattern screen in time. Dip the screen into water flume at 5 to 30℃ for 3 to 5 minutes. The coating not developed will craze visibly like flower and fall off from the screen. Rise the screen until pattern becomes clear, and then wash the inside surface with water from low voltage pipe to remove remaining adhesive. Dry the screen in thermostat oven.

    Retouching operation:Check the coating of dry screen on inspection device. In case there is sand hole, use photosensitive adhesive to mend the screen before printing. If sand holes occurred during printing, use mending fluid AR105-4 for repair.

    Solidification:The retouched pattern screen must be solidified. Put screen into thermostat oven and heat up to 160 to 200℃. Bake the screen for 1 to 1.5hours until the screen is solidified to form golden yellow film. Take out the screen and cool it down before joining with bulkhead.

    Packing:5 kg/barrel (special plastic barrel), 20 kg/carton;10 kg/barrel (special plastic barrel), 20 kg/carton.

    Storage:Keep in dry place hermetically at 5 to 30℃ no more than 1 year.
